The Cook Islands Chamber of Commerce is about to  transform, introducing a professional management structure to better meet the needs of members, partners and the community.

The Chamber has been delivering numerous programmes, including: Business Mentoring Scheme, Young Enterprise Scheme, Agriculture Grants Scheme and Digital Workshop. Chamber is soon launching:  Business Incubator Scheme and Private Sector Climate Resilience Scheme - assisting businesses to survive extreme weather events.

The current Executive have put together a plan for professionalising operations. This will involve some minor constitutional changes, which will be put to the up-coming Chamber AGM for consideration.

Vice-Presidents would be increased from one to three, each overseeing a distinct sector of Chamber operations - Enhancement, Enterprise and Engagement. The seven Executive Members would be elected to specific Manager roles.
